I Care Nursing Services Mission

At I Care we strive to provide a holistic approach to care for our patient's. The foundation of quality care starts with the nursing assessment and preliminary service plan to determine the needs of each patient. Supporting the patients, family, interdisciplinary team, caregivers and long term care providers to determine how those needs will be met is our goal. With nurse delegation and nursing services, I Care can ensure the patient is given their medications safely and provided the competent care for their individualized delegated tasks necessary. I Care strongly believes delegation is a process that, used appropriately, can result in safe and effective nursing care. Caregivers have to feel confident and be competent to provide quality, safe holistic care. I Care Nursing Services will provide the skills to build the confidence and competence, ensuring our patients receive safe, comfortable, quality care.

I Care promotes a comprehensive healthcare approach. I Care works closely with providers by offering nurse consulting, social services, EHR, and nurse oversight to Adult Family Homes and Assisted Living Facilities. Helping Long Term Care Facilities remain educated and in compliance with Washington Administrative Codes, known as WACs, is critical to keeping patient's safe and providers educated. I Care empowers long-term care facilities to stay up to date with Patient Assessments, Care Plans, Caregiver Orientation, Continuing Education, Nurse Delegation, and Nursing needs.
